- Collaborate with us.
- Send your registration form the earliest possible.
- Keep us informed of any change in your name, address, telephone number and bank account.
- Keep us informed of the date of your marriage or remarriage and date of birth of your children.
- Submit Life and Educational Certificates required in time.
- Submit Civil Status documents and Affidavits in time.
- Inform us any inconsistencies in providing our service to enable us taking appropriate action.
