  2. Provide with necessary information to members online.
  3. Provide assistance to members at the counter.
  4. Processing benefits promptly and accurately.
  5. Keep strict confidentiality of the information disclosed.
  6. Provide a Quality and Timely service.
  7. Attend to Queries promptly.

 

We kindly request members to:-

  1. Collaborate with us.
  2. Send your registration form the earliest possible.
  3. Keep us informed of any change in your name, address, telephone number and bank account.
  4. Keep us informed of the date of your marriage or remarriage and date of birth of your children.
  5. Submit Life and Educational Certificates required in time.
  6. Submit Civil Status documents and Affidavits in time.
  7. Inform us any inconsistencies in providing our service to enable us taking appropriate action.
